These Membership Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all memberships offered by Studio in Grey, including but not limited to Co-working, Film Club, and Book Club memberships. By purchasing, activating, or using any Studio in Grey membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Membership Categories
Studio in Grey offers multiple membership categories, which may include:
Co-working Memberships
Film Club Memberships
Book Club Memberships
Each membership category provides access only to the services, spaces, and events specifically associated with that membership, as outlined at the time of purchase.
2. Eligibility & Registration
Memberships are available to individuals aged 18 years and above. Membership access is personal, non-transferable, and may not be shared unless explicitly stated in writing by Studio in Grey.

4. Co-working Membership Terms
Co-working memberships provide access to Studio in Grey’s shared workspace during designated co-working hours. Desks are subject to availability and are not guaranteed unless otherwise specified. The space is intended for quiet, independent work, and members are expected to maintain a respectful working environment.
5. Film Club & Book Club Membership Terms
Film Club and Book Club memberships grant access to scheduled screenings, discussions, readings, or related sessions organised by Studio in Grey. Entry is subject to venue capacity and adherence to community guidelines. Membership does not guarantee priority seating unless explicitly stated.
6. Conduct & Community Guidelines
Studio in Grey is a shared, community-oriented space. Members are expected to behave respectfully towards others and the space. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated. Studio in Grey reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships without refund in cases of misconduct.
7. Guests
Guest access is not included unless expressly stated for a specific membership or event. Any permitted guest access may be subject to additional charges and prior approval.
8. Payments, Validity & Renewals
All membership fees must be paid in advance. Memberships are valid only for the duration specified at the time of purchase. Unless explicitly mentioned, memberships do not auto-renew. Fees are non-refundable once the membership period has commenced.
9. Cancellations, Pauses & Refunds
Daily or event-based memberships are non-refundable. Longer-term memberships may not be paused, transferred, or refunded except in exceptional circumstances, at Studio in Grey’s discretion.
10. Personal Belongings & Liability
Members are responsible for their personal belongings. Studio in Grey is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items or equipment brought into the space.
11. Changes to Services & Terms
Studio in Grey may modify schedules, programming, pricing, or these Terms from time to time. Reasonable notice will be provided where possible.
12. Force Majeure
Studio in Grey shall not be liable for any failure or delay in providing access to its spaces, events, or services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to maintenance requirements, power outages, public health advisories, government regulations, or other unforeseen events.
13. Photography & Documentation
Studio in Grey may photograph, film, or otherwise document activities and events for archival, communication, or promotional purposes. Members who do not wish to be photographed or recorded must inform Studio in Grey in advance.
14. Right to Refuse or Revoke Access
Studio in Grey reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or revoke membership access at any time to protect the safety, integrity, and functioning of the community.
